Fall 2024 Convocation Ceremony

Congratulations to the Graduating Class of Fall 2024!

Completing your program is a significant milestone, and we are proud to celebrate your hard work and accomplishments. Join us for the Fall 2024 Convocation Ceremony, hosted by LaSalle College Vancouver on April 30th, as we honor your achievements and celebrate the exciting next chapter in your journey.

All Fall 2024 graduates participating in the Convocation Ceremony must register in advance through the Register button on this page. Students can also access the registration form by CLICKING HERE. The registration deadline is February 14th, 2025*. Please note that late registrations will not be accepted and students will move to the next ceremony date in the fall of 2025.

Students who have registered by the deadline will receive an email in April to come and collect their cap and gown.

Event Details:

• DATE: Wednesday, April 30th, 2025
• TIME: 3:00 PM
• LOCATION: River Rock Show Theatre (8811 River Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 3P8)

Schedule:

• 2:00 PM - Graduating students will need to arrive by 2:00 PM in their cap and gown to receive their regalia and line up for the procession.
• 2:15 PM - Doors will open for friends and family.
• 3:00 PM - Doors to the theatre will close and Ceremony will commence.

Important Reminder: Students must ensure they arrive on time! Entrance will not be permitted once the ceremony begins, and the venue doors will close.
