Fresh Thinking, Bright Design: LCV Students Recognized at the 2025 RGD Student Design Awards

Three Graphic Design students from LaSalle College Vancouver received Honourable Mentions at the 2025 Association of Registered Graphic Designers (RGD) Student Design Awards.

The RGD Student Design Awards honour Canada’s top emerging talent in visual communication. This year, more than 880 entries were submitted from across the country. Three LaSalle College Vancouver Graphic Design students earned Honourable Mentions at this national competition.

Their work shows how creative thinking and sustainability can go hand in hand. Each project reflects a clear idea, a strong sense of purpose, and an eye for design that feels current and human. The results are colourful, thoughtful, and sustainability-forward — proof that responsible design can still spark joy.

  • Emily Norris-JonesHonourable Mention, Packaging Design (Series) for Bare – Sustainable Skincare, created in Dimensional Design with Anne Ahmad Burnett.
