Describe a Typical Work Day:

A typical day is a mix of meetings, brainstorming sessions, sketching or designing at my desk.

What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of?

I’m proud to have landed my job at Cossette. It can be difficult to break into the advertising/design industry, and I feel pretty lucky to do something that never feels like work. I was also awarded the 2012 Bronze Medal in the Globe & Mail Young Lions National Advertising Competition.

What are your creative inspirations or influences? Who are your heroes?

First, Paul Rand (IBM, NeXT, Westinghouse, UPS, etc.) for his brand identity work and his strong opinions on the process of designing for clients. And second, Dieter Rams (Braun, etc.) for his brilliantly minimal design aesthetic.
