With a rich background spanning global brands such as Aritzia, Roots, Banana Republic, Celine, Hackett, and Lovisa, she brings a powerful blend of creative direction, technical knowledge, and market insight to her role at LaSalle College Vancouver.
Elizabeth’s teaching and consulting practice focuses on the entire fashion design process—from concept development and trend research to garment styling, brand storytelling, and final portfolio presentation. Her expertise includes design thinking, research methodologies, fashion illustration, collection planning, portfolio development, and editorial styling. She is deeply committed to helping students build thoughtful, industry-ready portfolios that reflect both innovation and professional polish.
As the founder of Shoulders of Gold, a boutique creative consultancy, Elizabeth mentors emerging designers and brands in refining their visual identity, positioning, and storytelling through a lens of authenticity, cultural awareness, and strategy.
At LaSalle College Vancouver, Elizabeth creates a dynamic and supportive learning environment, encouraging students to develop strong creative voices grounded in research, technique, and market relevance.
