Pay Tuition Fees from Outside Canada

Flywire is LaSalle College Vancouver’s official provider for international tuition fee payments and other applicable fees.

Students, parents and other authorized payers can use Flywire to make payments from more than 240 countries and territories, in more than 140 currencies, using payment methods tailored to the payer’s country.

All international tuition fee payments must be initiated through the Flywire portal available on this page.

How to Make an International Payment

1. Click the “Pay My Tuition Fees with Flywire” button available on this page.
2. You will be directed to Flywire’s secure payment portal.
3. Select the country from which the payment will be made.
4. Enter the amount to be paid.
5. Choose your preferred currency and payment method from the available options.
6. Enter the required student and payer information.
7. Review the exchange rate, fees and transaction details.
8. Follow Flywire’s instructions to complete your payment.

Once the transaction has been initiated, you can track its status directly through Flywire.

International Payment Methods

Available payment methods vary depending on the payer’s country, currency and type of transaction.

Options may include:

• Credit or debit cards;

• Digital wallets;

• Other local payment methods available in the payer’s country.

All available payment options and any applicable fees will be displayed in Flywire before the transaction is confirmed.

Exchange Rates and Fees

Before confirming your payment, Flywire will display the applicable exchange rate, any transaction-related fees and the total amount to be paid.

The amount displayed is guaranteed for the period indicated for the transaction, helping prevent unexpected charges or differences between the amount sent and the amount received by LaSalle College Vancouver.

Payment options and fees may vary depending on the payer’s country, currency and selected payment method.

Payment Processing Times

International payments generally take between 2 and 5 business days once the payment is guaranteed.

After LaSalle College Vancouver receives the funds, additional time may be required before the payment appears in your student account.

To avoid delays or applicable late fees, please initiate your payment well in advance of your payment deadline.

Payment Security

Flywire processes payments in a secure environment using advanced security measures, including data encryption, 3D Secure authentication, when applicable, and fraud detection mechanisms.

Full card numbers are not stored on LaSalle College Vancouver’s servers.
