This is not your average pizza class.

In this hands-on cooking class in Vancouver, part of the Kitchen Series at LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV), you'll make three pizzas on the BBQ, each one built on solid technique and a willingness to go further than expected. A smash-burger mashup with beef patty, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and pickles. A brisket pizza with sweet heat BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, and jalapeños. And a dessert pizza with peach and burrata that will genuinely surprise you.

Led by an experienced chef instructor, you'll work through live fire cooking, dough handling, and the kind of flavour combinations that are easier to eat than to explain. You'll leave with recipes and a whole new perspective on what pizza can be.

Each class includes a welcome drink paired to the menu, plus an apron to take home. Come hungry.
