In this hands-on cooking class in Vancouver, part of the Kitchen Series at LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV), you'll butcher a whole turkey then work hands-on to make turkey schnitzel, cranberry stuffing, and sticky toffee pudding. Every favourite part of a turkey dinner is here, just prepared more efficiently, more skillfully, and with results that are genuinely more delicious than the traditional version.

Led by an LCV chef instructor in a professional kitchen, you'll leave with the skills and the confidence to cook turkey this way again at home. Once you do, you will not go back.
