You'll make homemade crackers, stuffed grape leaves, fish cakes, mousses, profiteroles, cheesecake bites, and more. Some hands-on, some demonstrated — all explained, and all yours to take home as recipes. Led by an LCV chef instructor in a professional kitchen, this is one of the most practical classes in the series.

These are skills you'll reach for every time you entertain, whether that's a casual Friday night or a table full of guests you want to impress. Each class includes a welcome drink thoughtfully paired to complement the menu, plus an apron to take home.
