You'll make homemade crackers, stuffed grape leaves, fish cakes, mousses, profiteroles, cheesecake bites, and more. Some hands-on, some demonstrated, all explained and all yours to take home as recipes.

Led by an LCV chef instructor in a professional kitchen, you'll leave with a practical skill set you'll reach for every time you entertain, whether that's a casual Friday night or a table full of guests you want to impress.
