Each technique is distinct and each one is genuinely useful, whether you are making gifts, entertaining, or just taking your love of chocolate seriously.

Led by an LCV pastry instructor in a professional kitchen, you'll leave with recipes to recreate every element at home and the confidence to use them again and again.
