In this hands-on holiday cookie baking class in Vancouver, part of the Kitchen Series at LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV), you'll make candy cane cookies, sugar cookies, and ginger chewies — three classics that reward good technique and look as good as they taste. Whether you are joining for the first time or also took Cookies One Hundred: I, this class is complete on its own.

Led by a professional LCV pastry instructor, you'll leave with recipes, skills, and a very full tin. Attend all three classes in the series and you leave with 300 cookies total, 100 from each class, enough to share generously and perfect for gifting!

All three classes are available individually, or as a bundle for $249 for all three.

Bring a tin or container to carry your cookies home. Each class includes a welcome drink, plus an apron to take home.
