Kitchen Series - Knife Skills and Market Vegetables

Get comfortable with one of the most essential tools in the kitchen in this hands-on Kitchen Series cooking class at LaSalle College Vancouver. You'll work through core knife techniques using seasonal market vegetables, preparing bruschetta, a roasted vegetable tart, and a fresh salad — practical dishes that put your new skills to work right away.

The format is relaxed and interactive — you cook in our brand new kitchens, purpose-built for hands-on learning, then sit down to enjoy the meal you've prepared. Each class includes a welcome drink paired to the menu, plus an apron to take home.
