Hand-rolled pasta basics with classic ragù and tiramisu.

Learn the foundations of Italian cooking in this hands-on cooking class led by a renowned chef. You will make hand-rolled pasta from scratch, pair it with a rich classic ragù, and finish with a traditional tiramisu. The focus is on technique, texture, and timing, with each step demonstrated clearly and practiced in a supportive environment.

All ingredients are carefully chosen and locally sourced to ensure freshness and quality. The chef provides step-by-step instruction, along with recipes you can take home and use again.

The class is designed to be interactive, relaxed, and enjoyable, with time to ask questions and refine your skills. Once the cooking is complete, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal they have prepared. A welcome drink is included to complement the dishes, and each participant receives an apron to take home. This is a practical and engaging way to build confidence in classic pasta making.
