Learn to cook with the best of summer in this hands-on cooking class in Vancouver, part of the Kitchen Series at LaSalle College Vancouver. Led by a renowned chef, this class celebrates peak-season produce through dishes that bring out the natural sweetness and complexity of fresh fruit — a grilled fruit salad, stone fruit glazed meats, and a warm berry crumble that balances sweet and savoury with ease.
All ingredients are locally sourced and carefully chosen to reflect what’s at its best right now. You’ll receive step-by-step guidance and practical recipes designed to be recreated at home long after the class ends.
The format is relaxed, social, and interactive — you cook together on our rooftop, then sit down to enjoy everything you’ve made. Each class includes a welcome drink paired to the menu, plus an apron to take home.
