All ingredients are locally sourced and carefully selected for freshness and quality. You'll leave with recipes and methods to recreate every roll at home with confidence.

The format is relaxed and interactive — you cook in our brand new kitchens, then you sit down to enjoy a great meal. Each class includes a welcome drink paired to the menu, plus an apron to take home.
