Summer Creative Camp: Baking & Pastry

After an incredible response to our first camp, we're excited to offer a second session featuring all-new recipes, techniques, and skills. Whether you attended our first camp or are joining us for the first time, this camp offers a completely fresh experience.

Designed for aspiring bakers ages 14–18, students will learn from experienced chef instructors in a professional teaching kitchen while creating a variety of delicious baked goods and pastries. From mastering foundational techniques to exploring more advanced decorating and pastry skills, each day is packed with hands-on learning and creativity.

No previous baking experience is required! This camp is perfect for beginners eager to learn, while also providing plenty of new challenges for more experienced bakers. Even students who attended our first Baking Camp in July will discover brand-new recipes and skills to expand their culinary repertoire.

By the end of the week, participants will leave with greater confidence in the kitchen, new baking techniques, and plenty of delicious creations to enjoy.

Dates: Monday, August 24 – Friday, August 28, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM each day
Recommended Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate (all experience levels welcome)
Ages: 14–18
