LaSalle College Vancouver Partners with the Vancouver International Wine Festival for a Summer Rooftop Soirée

Following the success of Taste of France at LaSalle — one of the hidden gems of this year’s Vancouver International Wine Festival — we’re thrilled to partner once again with the Vancouver International Wine Festival for an off-season pop-up event.

Solstice Soirée

Celebrate the start of summer with a food & wine pairing walkabout on the rooftop terrace of LaSalle College Vancouver. Enjoy a selection of food-friendly wines from Argentina, British Columbia, France, and Italy, each one paired with a culinary creation from Chef Julian Bond and the Culinary team at LaSalle College Vancouver. Think scallop ceviche with an Alsatian Gewürztraminer, burrata and beets with Prosecco, and albacore tuna with a BC Rosé.

A feast for all the senses: exceptional wines, beautiful food, and spectacular rooftop views. Dress in your finest summer styles for a memorable evening.

This event is presented by the Vancouver International Wine Festival, with food proudly prepared by LaSalle College Vancouver’s culinary team.
