About the Program

The Jewellery Design with Business Specialization Diploma at LaSalle College Vancouver is a comprehensive, hands-on program that takes you from initial concept to finished piece. Whether you’re passionate about artistic expression, skilled craftsmanship, or the business of fashion, this program is designed to cultivate both your creative and entrepreneurial talents.

Students work in a supportive, studio-based environment, developing essential metalworking techniques and experimenting with both traditional and alternative materials. Alongside practical design training, the curriculum emphasizes sustainability, ethics, and innovation. The final quarter focuses on real-world business applications, where students prepare to launch their own collections or contribute to existing jewellery brands.

Admissions Criteria

  • Domestic applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation or equivalent

    Copy of government-issued photo ID

  • International applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation  (with official English translations)

    Copy of a valid Passport

    Proof of English proficiency
