About the Program

The Event Management Diploma at LaSalle College Vancovuer prepares students for dynamic careers in the event industry, equipping them with the knowledge and practical skills to design, plan, and execute a wide variety of events. From food and beverage management to marketing, communication, and leadership, students will learn how to coordinate everything from corporate conferences to community festivals. With a focus on sustainability, inclusivity, and innovation, this program aligns with Vancouver's diverse and vibrant event culture. The curriculum incorporates real-world projects, hands-on experiences, and industry connections, preparing graduates to succeed in this fast-paced, creative field. Upon completion, students will be ready to take on roles in event management, coordination, marketing, and operations across various industries.

Note: This is a new program currently pending approval by the Registrar of the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

    Proof of secondary school graduation or equivalent

    Copy of government-issued photo ID

  • International applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation  (with official English translations)

    Copy of a valid Passport

    Proof of English proficiency
