About the Program

The UI/UX Design diploma program at LaSalle College Vancouver prepares students for careers in user interface and user experience design—fields in high demand across tech companies, advertising agencies, digital media firms, e-commerce platforms, engineering teams, startups, and web development studios. Through a hands-on, project-based curriculum, students will learn to create intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences by applying user-centered design principles, interface development, digital typography, illustration, interactive prototyping, usability testing, and industry-standard tools. The program blends creative thinking with technical proficiency, equipping students to solve real-world communication and interaction challenges. Graduates will leave with the skills and professional portfolio needed to deliver user-focused digital products that effectively meet both user expectations and client goals.

Note: This is a new program currently pending approval by the Registrar of the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

  • International applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation  (with official English translations)

    Copy of a valid Passport
