Diploma & Accreditation

This program has been approved by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills.

Required Materials

Purchase of a fibre and textile kit is required (available through the college).

Additional student- or institution-licensed software may be required.

Admissions Criteria

  • Applicants generally require:

    • Domestic/PR students 19yr+: government ID, EA, no proof of ENGPR required
    • Domestic/PR students younger than 19 upon intake: HS graduation (official transcripts), EA, LCILS free online test if no official proof of ENGPR
    • International students: same as domestic plus working knowledge of English
    • PR students younger than 19 upon intake who did not complete grade 12 in Canada, will have to submit transcripts for evaluation
