About our Baking Course
This baking course leads to a Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts, covering bread production, pastry techniques, and confectionery fundamentals in a career-focused program.
Hands-on, personalized training develops core baking and pastry skills across plated desserts, edible art, wedding cakes, and chocolate work. Each module builds technical precision through repetition in a professional kitchen environment.
The program also covers the business side of the food service industry, from cost management to menu development. Our real-world practicums connect classroom techniques to active production settings.
