Convocation Ceremony (Spring 2025)

Congratulations to the graduating class of Spring 2025!

Completing your program is a significant milestone. Join us in celebrating your achievements at the upcoming Spring 2025 Convocation Ceremony, hosted by LaSalle College Vancouver on November 13th.

All Spring 2025 graduates participating in the Convocation Ceremony must register for the event in advance. The registration deadline is October 1, 2025. Once registered, students will receive a follow-up email with detailed instructions for cap and gown pickup.

Event Details

• DATE: Thursday, November 13th, 2025
• TIME: 11:00 AM (Graduates must arrive by 10:00 AM)
• LOCATION River Rock Show Theatre (8811 River Road, Richmond, BC, V6X 3P8)

Schedule

• 10:00 AM - Graduating students will need to arrive by 10:00 AM in their cap and gown to receive their regalia and line up for the procession.
• 10:30 AM - Doors open for guests
• 11:00 AM - Doors will close and Ceremony will commence.

Students must ensure they are on time! Entrance will not be permitted once the ceremony starts and the venue doors have closed.
