Convocation Ceremony (Spring & Summer 2025)

Congratulations to the Graduating Classes of Spring & Summer 2025!

Completing your program is a significant milestone. Join us in celebrating your achievements at the upcoming Spring & Summer 2025 Convocation Ceremonies, hosted at the River Rock Show Theatre on Thursday, November 13th.

Please note: There has been a change to the ceremony schedule. Due to high registration numbers, an additional evening ceremony has been added.

If you are a graduating student, please check your email for the new registration link and ensure you register only for the convocation ceremony you have been assigned to.

Ceremony Schedule

Morning Ceremony

• 9:00 AM – Graduating students must arrive by 9:00 AM in their cap and gown to receive regalia and line up for the procession.
• 9:30 AM – Doors open for guests.
• 10:00 AM – Doors close and ceremony commences.

Afternoon Ceremony

• 1:00 PM – Graduating students must arrive by 1:00 PM in their cap and gown to receive regalia and line up for the procession.
• 1:30 PM – Doors open for guests.
• 2:00 PM – Doors close and ceremony commences.

Evening Ceremony

• 5:00 PM – Graduating students must arrive by 5:00 PM in their cap and gown to receive regalia and line up for the procession.
• 5:30 PM – Doors open for guests.
• 6:00 PM – Doors close and ceremony commences.

Students must ensure they are on time! Entrance to the theatre will not be permitted once the ceremony starts and the venue doors have closed.
