About Our Culinary Arts Courses

This Culinary Arts Courses covers globally and locally diverse cooking techniques through training centred on sustainability, food security, and authenticity. Hands-on experience in kitchen and restaurant management builds a practical foundation in daily operations, menu planning, and service workflow. Each module connects culinary theory to real production environments, preparing graduates for roles across the food and hospitality industry.

    The Culinary Arts Diploma at LaSalle College Vancouver is recognized by the Canadian Armed Forces’ Paid Education Program.

    If you are starting the Culinary Arts Diploma at LaSalle College Vancouver, you may apply to the Canadian Forces through their paid education program. Eligible students may receive 100% subsidized tuition, books and materials coverage, full-time salary and benefits while studying, and guaranteed employment upon graduation.

    Copy of government-issued photo ID

  • International applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation  (with official English translations)

    Copy of a valid Passport

    Proof of English proficiency
