This program is designed to provide the practical knowledge, real-world experience, and professional tools you need to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry. From community recreation to major sporting events, sport and recreation professionals create meaningful, accessible, and impactful experiences that promote well-being and connection. This two-year diploma program explores the foundations of sport and recreation leadership while giving you the opportunity to learn by doing—from planning and managing events to marketing and operations.

About the Program

The Sport and Recreation Management Diploma Program will provide students with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to succeed in the sport, recreation, and leisure industries. Students will gain hands-on experience in creating and managing sport and recreation related platforms, optimizing user experience, and implementing effective event planning strategies.

Note: This is a new program currently pending approval by the Registrar of the Private Training Institutions Regulatory Unit (PTIRU) of the Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills.

  • Domestic applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation or equivalent

    Copy of government-issued photo ID

  • International applicants generally require:

    Proof of secondary school graduation  (with official English translations)

    Copy of a valid Passport

    Proof of English proficiency
